SCL uses Stripe as a payment processor. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available. All card numbers are encrypted, and decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe's internal servers are able to obtain plaintext card numbers.

You may return a purchase for any reason. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from us. You may return or exchange any item in its original condition within 30 days of receiving of your order. Shipping Times and Rates
PLEASE BE ADVISED: We process and fulfill orders every two weeks to make providing you with great products manageable for our staffing levels. It may take 2–5 weeks to receive your order after you have placed it, depending on availability, so please be patient.
When you get a confirmation email from us, it doesn't mean that your order has shipped yet; it just confirms that we have received your order.
