Giant Book Sale

Saturday, March 29, 2008
10:30 a.m.-4 p.m.

Don't miss it: the Southern California Library is holding a one-day-only book sale on Saturday, March 29 that offers booklovers an unbeatable selection of books that open windows to the world around us: from Noam Chomsky and Mike Davis to the Black Panther Party, to El Salvador People's Poetry.

Thousands of books will be available, most for only $2 and $3, along with posters, pamphlets, and CDs. We will also be raffling off a new Zune digital player, offering another way to connect to the world in this digital age. Store up to 7,500 songs, 25,000 pictures, 100 hours of video, and more, plus wirelessly share your music and pics.

When you come to the booksale, you will also be part of supporting the Library so that we can continue to make our independent space and resources available. Everyone welcome. Free admission.
